These creatures are common enemies in Hellboy 5E RPG games, with their statistics first presented in the freely available Hellboy RPG Quickstart PDF (pages 32-33). I've reproduced them here for ease of use using the 5E statblock web app that I use for similar stat blocks...
Armed Frog Monster
The armed frog monster uses a rotting length of wood as a makeshift weapon.
Rampaging Frog Monster
What drives this creature is lost to time. Only its rage remains.
Transforming Frog Monster
Not fully transformed, this frog might pass as a human in a bad light. Retaining some former abilities, it serves well as a scout.
Advanced metamorphosis allows this frog to produce a paralysing venom.
Giant Frog Monster
Note: substitute the Occult skill for Religion in the stat block below - the 5E stat block app does not include the specific additional Hellboy RPG skills, unfortunately.
Additional Frog Monster Variants
With the exception of the transforming frog monster and the giant version, all the Quickstart frog monsters are fairly similar in style and tactics, so I've knocked up a few additional variants to allow for more complex strategies and make things more interesting for your agents: a skirmishing variant, a grappling variant, and a more heavily armoured variant.
Agile Frog Monster
This frog monster is adept at ambushing from above.
Brawling Frog Monster
Overly long arms and hands allow this creature to readily grapple and hold its prey.
Scaled Frog Monster
More heavily armoured, this frog monster can tank for its fellows.
